We accept Visa and MasterCard cards. Other payment options, such as PayPal or bank transfer may be available for some regions.

Card processing is provided by biggest Ukrainian state-owned bank PrivatBank, following the standards of privacy and security by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard. Modern methods for verification, encryption, and data transmission on closed communication channels are used. Bank card data is entered on the secure payment page of the Liqpay (PrivatBank) website. You can also use Apple Pay and Google Wallet options.

How to receive a Downloadable Product?

Buying our patterns, templates, plans, instructions, etc., you are purchasing a downloadable digital product. The product is provided to the buyer in the form of archives in zip format, containing electronic documents (files) with drawings of product details, layout plans for components, and instructions for manufacturing the products.

To receive the digital product, after payment, go to the "Downloads" section in your personal account. There, you will see the list of files according to your order, and to the right of each, there will be a "Download" button. Click on it, and after a minute, your order will be waiting for you in the "Downloads" folder on your computer!



We strive to do everything to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, but it may happen that immediately after payment, the "Downloads" section is empty. Do not worry, this is related to processing delays by payment systems. Just try to check "Downloads" later (and we will, in turn, notify you by email about the change in the status of your order).

Is it possible to return the product or get a refund?

Unfortunately, the nature of digital downloadable products makes it impossible to track the return of the file. Therefore, according to common practice, such products are considered "used" immediately after downloading and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

However, we are willing to accommodate you in case of a mistake, for example, if you accidentally purchased a size 4 mannequin set and a size 6 cover. Please contact us, and we will find a solution to your situation.
