Sewing Pattern for Dress Form Torso Set Petite Size 0 (top + bottom)

Patterns and detailed instructions for creating the torso of a tailor's dress form.

This is a DIY Dress Form which consists of an outer shell and an inner frame (the frame is constructed from cardboard) that are combined. To create such a mannequin, you will need 2 mm thick synthetic felt, 4 mm thick cardboard, regular fabric, filler (holofiber leftover batting, polyester batting scraps), and some other materials, the full list of which you can find on product photo. Approximately half of the operations are done entirely by hand. Sewing the mannequin isn’t exactly difficult (you don’t need to make any calculations, just follow the instructions), but it does take quite a bit of time and concentration. Along with the patterns, a video tutorial (using the standard size 16 mannequin as an example), detailed instructions, and layout plans in electronic document format are included. 

You can choose the chest size (cup A or B) and position them on the torso as needed. The mannequin is traditionally mounted on a stand, but you can easily use the mannequin without a stand by simply placing it on a table or floor.

Please note that the dress form is segmented; this product includes instructions and patterns for the top and bottom of the torso. If you plan to assemble a complete mannequin, you will also need arms, head and a cover of the same size.
